Being active, getting out of the house, meeting friends or even just going for a stroll can be really good for anyone’s health. it does not only make you physically healthy but also does wonders for our emotional health too. At kinship uniting services we know the value of social support. So we are here to take you out wherever you want to go.

We can take you to;

  • Visits your family,
  • Weekly classes you take or hobbies you have,
  • Appointments,
  • A nearby park,
  • To a shopping centre,
  • To local community centre,
  • To visit a friend.

Everyone’s needs are different from time to time, therefore depending on your needs, we can set up anything from a daily social outing to fortnightly outing/social support. We can also change the schedule from fortnight to fortnight depending on your needs. If you are feeling lonely or have a special event going on we can give you daily social support on the other hand if you are well & good and don’t need to go out that much assistance then we can reschedule it to you once a week.

The mission of our Community Support Services in Sydney is to initiate  as well as promote holistic and customised services to individuals as well as families in the community. Our caregivers provide the individuals with tools and teach them the techniques & abilities to participate in community activities. Our experts also assist them to actively contribute to their personal as well as greater community life in a constructive and productive manner.

Our Vision

The vision of our Social and Community disability support in Sydney is to perceive  a future community, which is not only cohesively multicultural, but is also proactive in contributing to the society. Thanks to the professionalism, caring and compassionate approach of caregivers, we have over the years done all that it takes to uplift the lives of the individuals. We have always lended them optimism and hope through various tangible projects that have helped them develop their living skills and contribute to the community. This approach has made our social community in home care in NSW so special.

How much does it cost and am I eligible?

We cover everyone from 0- 95+. Whether you are a mother who needs assistance with a newborn or you are getting on in years and need help with household chores. At Kinship uniting services, there is help available for everyone.

The cost of your service depends on the funding given to you by NDIS, Age care or any other government scheme/ fund. If you’re not eligible for subsidised services, you can still get our help privately by paying us in full by yourself.
