I have come from interstate to visit my dear friend for four days. She has high-level complex needs and receives between 10 and 15 hours a day care from Kinship Uniting Services. I am so relieved and grateful to know that my friend is in the best possible hands when her own family is at work. Kinship Uniting Service provides personal care, domestic care and cooking for her. The girls of Kinship always have their heart on the job… talking to the staff that I met, they are so proud of what they do and treat their customers just like family and clean the house just as they would their own homes. I lost count of the times they told my friend, ‘I love you’ and called her ‘Mumma’ whilst gently rubbing her temples to help her relax. The girls always treat my friend lovingly and patiently.

The Owner/Manager, Shazia, is totally hands-on and easy-going. She runs the team like a sisterhood, with staff and clients alike treated as family. She is friendly yet completely professional, always available if needed to step in to cover shifts and cooks an amazing Biryani! Talking to one of the staff, she told me that all the girls are so proud of what they do and enjoy their work. I saw that for myself. They were competent, loving, caring and tender with my friend.

I sincerely recommend Kinship Uniting Service to anyone requiring trustworthy,competent, genuine care for a loved one.
